End User License Agreement
Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. License Grant
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and ZShell governing your use of the ZShell software. By installing or using the software, you agree to this EULA.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the software on each device you own or control, for personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; remove or alter proprietary notices; rent, lease, or sublicense the software; or use it to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The software and all intellectual property rights remain with ZShell. This EULA grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
4. Updates & Maintenance
We may provide updates, upgrades, and patches. Paid plans include updates for the duration of an active subscription or maintenance period. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. On termination, you must stop using and delete the software. Local Pro features tied to a lifetime license continue to function per their license terms.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZShell is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
